Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for all items to be delivered or picked up.
What are my delivery options?
PLANTS TO GO FOR PICK- UP
Plants- to- go must be picked up at the store, once your order has been received we will send you a confirmed day as to when they will be set for pick- up. For your convenience, we will ensure that your order is set and ready to go when you get here.
 
PLANTS TO GO FOR DELIVERY
Pathways to Perennials is offering it’s very own delivery service! For a flat fee of $40.00, those within a twenty- mile radius of the store (please phone or e-mail to see if you qualify) may opt to have their order delivered on a confirmed day to them by an employee, bringing excitement to your outdoor living directly to your front door!
 
PRODUCT FOR PICK- UP
Due to the delicate nature of many of our items including; bronze sculptures, ceramic pottery, concrete statues, furniture, and bulk orders of mulch and compost, we require that they be picked up. Pathways will ensure that your order will be waiting by the front door for you, completely ready to go when you arrive!
 
PRODUCT FOR DELIVERY
All merchandise will be delivered via CanPar. This service will be provided to you for a fee based upon the size of your order. You will be notified of what this charge will be when placing your order. Your order will be packaged within the first 48 hours and will be to your front door approximately 7- 10 days later!

What is the return policy?
Once you receive your delivery we request that you check the order to ensure that it is correct and that your expectations are met. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your delivery or your plants- to- go, please contact us immediately for your authorization number so that we can address the issue and discuss potential remedies.
What if I wish to make a special request?
Since our exciting product line is so extensive, with new items continually coming and going, feel free to e- mail us if a product that you desire is not listed on our site, we may be able to access it or assist you in finding it. Also, if you have any special concerns or requests when it comes to pick- up or delivery, etc. please let us know so that we are better equipped to bring excitement to your outdoor living!
How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us by phone or e- mail immediately so as we can make the necessary adjustments. Please have all of your customer information and order number ready when you contact us so that we may better serve you.
How do I place an order?
Pathways has set up a quick and easy method of shopping online so that even beginners will feel like pros!
Step 1) Select a category to browse (art) and click on that menu option.
Step 2) Select a specific item to view from the list of art given (bronze sculptures) and click on it. A more detailed description of the item will appear, including size, shape, colour, etc. to give you, the customer, a better idea about the product.
Step 3) If you wish to purchase the item, simply record the name of the item, the item number and the price listed. You may then continue browsing until you have completed your list.
Step 4) To place your order, simply give us a call at 1-800-551-0355 or e-mail your order to sales@agardenboutique.com.

Please be sure to include the following information:
  A) Your first and last name
  B) Your complete mailing address and phone number
  C) The items that you wish to purchase
  We will then contact you to finalize shipping and payment details and prepare to ship your package.
